Exchanges and Returns

IMPORTANT

Before you send a return, you must contact us by email info@hakora.nl If this is not the case, we can refuse the return order and the returns policy will not be initiated.



Displeased?
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return the product within 14 days.

Products must be returned in their original condition and with labels and labels. - unless it is not possible to leave the packaging in its original condition during unpacking (please contact us if this is the case, we will not make a fuss about this and we will solve it)

The product must not show any signs of wear.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.

What should I take into account?
Before you send a return shipment, you must have contacted us by email. If this is not the case, we can refuse the order and the returns policy will not be initiated.
A return shipment must have a Track and Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we have received the items you returned, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 7 working days.
