Order and Delivery


The overall goal is to never charge you as a customer too much for all products. In addition, we are currently very consciously working to help the environment. We especially want to think about CO2 emissions and drastically reduce them in our process of delivering a product. To continue this concept, we have chosen to ship all products directly from our supplier. This means that we mediate the products and all products are sent from the supplier. Thanks to all this, CO2 emissions can be drastically reduced because everything goes to the customer in one go. Products that are thrown away that have already been made are no longer stored, which in turn entails extra transport. These are all advantages to reduce CO2 emissions during the process so that we also do our part to save the environment.

Estimated delivery dates are therefore based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping option chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare the products for shipment.

Once an order comes in, we immediately get to work. The supplier ensures that the product is assembled immediately. This means it will take approximately 1-2 days to be ready. The supplier then immediately forwards it to you as a customer, so that it all goes to your address in one go. Thanks to this process, we also have an average delivery time of 10-15 days in BE and 10-20 days in NL..

Currently, there is a chance that it may take 2-4 weeks for the package to arrive. Unfortunately, all courier services are also busy at the moment and as far as we know they are also working at their limits. We will do our best to deliver everything within the average delivery time, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee anything. We hope that you understand this.

Orders that have been assembled and shipped by us cannot be canceled anymore. A money-back guarantee will therefore not apply until the package has been returned according to our returns procedure.
