Order received but defective?
It can of course happen that a product sustains damage during transport or that the product is broken after a short time. Because we want to deliver quality, it is important that you act quickly when the product is not as desired. After the package has been delivered, there is a period to report a defect:
- Non-electrical appliances/products: Report within 72 hours
- Electrical appliances/products: Report within 120 hours
It is important that there is evidence in the form of images. Films and videos can then be sent to contact@hakora.nl
so that we can act in these situations as quickly as possible.
